• A simple, non-invasive DNA test (saliva-based) - DNA testing is facilitated through our trusted lab partners. All testing and results are handled securely, and your therapist will guide you through the insights with care and confidentiality.

• An initial assessment with a qualified psychologist or accredited mental health social worker

• A supportive DNA Insight Session — where your therapist will walk through the report with you, helping you explore how the information may relate to your mental health, wellness goals, and personal experiences (note: therapists do not interpret genetic results clinically)
